Easter Eggs

Ok its coming up to easter,so do you think easter eggs are a waste of money? what would you like instead? Do we need anything to celebrate easter? after all its a very religious time..

easter eggs arent a waste of money, they are chocolate!! and even though im far from religous i love getting eggs at easter time :)

I love chocolate and I love thin chocolate, but I think they're a terrible waste of money.

To share between my 3 boys and my sons fiance I've bought a cadbury easter egg each, 180gram one, a bar of Nestle Rolo chocolate each and 11 share bags of lollies, mars bars, turkish delight ect. and made them a nice gift bag of assorted chocolates each. All up including the bags it cost me $56 so that's $14 each. They've got at least 1 1/4 kilo each in their bags so I think that is better value for money.

Each year my children give me candles for easter and I give my parents bulbs (the type you plant in the garden) They are a symbol of light and new life. And they dont make you fatter.

its good fun though decorating them after they come out the fridge and eating most of the icing mix....mmmm!

We get all these great chocolate creations - so much selection, hey is it my fault I wan't to get into the spirit of easter?

I hate the cheep chocolate eggs that taste like...... and can't be bothered eating them. You know the type, they're the ones that feel like some one has rubbed a lump of gritty tasteless fat around inside your mouth when you swallow them

Yeah yeah exactly, theres many types of this chocolate - red tullip is one, they look like any other eatse egg but taste revolting and really isnt worth the dollars you save. It's abuse of our senses.

I love chocolate. I dont eat much chocolate except around easter, so i think its a great time.

Has anyone ever had one of those 1 kg eggs? Are they really that big?

I love chocolate, however I think it's a waste of time buying eggs ... I reckon we should also just give whole blocks of chocolate instead :)

i love the hand made Belguim chocolates, so sweet and sickly have freash cream in side, must stock up :)
