and why is there no 24 hr help line?
pps can any one access the manage my account on the austar
website? i keep getting errors?

It has only been in the past few years that 24 hour support has come AND
gone.

ok tho my mum has alzimerse
desies, and my dads too busy looking after her
ps if your account is over due and u have two boxes, do they only suspend
one box not 2?
