Waitec DVD-X5 and Xoro HSD-415 - What's better?

Hi.

I'm looking for a good (but not expensive) DVD & DivX player which has:

1. Good audio & picture quality.
2. Progressive scan.
3. DD & DTS decoders.
4. Good amount of I/O connections.

My options now are:

- Waitec DVD-X5
- Xoro HSD-415

What one would you choose? Anyone has one of these? If not, what other would you recommend me?

P.S.: I don't like the crappy remote of the Xoro. It seems to have the same cheap construction than the one from my *horrible* Firstline Flav20 (which I HATE so much).

Might help if you also give your location, the majority of the members here are from Australia and won't be familiar with those models, there may be something in your market that the same as one available here though.
