Lite-on 5045 probs I need some help

Hi,

I am having trouble conecting the 5045 to austar and tv.

These are the probs thus far any info or help would be greatly appreciated.

The 5045 is not tuning all the TV channels in. The 5045 only picks up two channels and it can't find the VCr channel.

What version of the download firmware do I use, ie UK, Us or what? I Have tried EU and Tw firmware, the 5045 reads the disc and says it is a data disc then ejects the disc.

there is no firmware available for the Australian version yet, not sure but you may get problems by installing one of these other region firmwares as the tuner settings may be different, some of the other models have different features that are accomodated in the firmware such as scart out etc
