RCA TV distributor?

I am hoping someone might be able to help me.

I am trying to find out who is the distributor for RCA TVs in Australia. I have here a 29DG9IA 68cm (or 72cm) TV for which I need a manual as I can't work out how to retune it.

If anyone knows the distributor name, or where I can get a manual for this TV, any info would be appreciated.

Heya Scorry. I realize this answer is probably way past being useful for you - but I found this page while I was looking for the answer to the same problem so I'll stick it on here and help the next guy who's lost the manual.

After fiddling around for 30 minutes, I figured out that you need to hold down 'MENU' on the remote for about 10 seconds, and then it takes you to a special SETUP menu that differs from the usual menu. It has tuning details and a bunch of other handy stuff.

No idea what you do if you don't have the remote though..
