You can never know the state of equipment you purchase on e-Bay. All of that stuff could've been dropped into the drink.
I've bought and sold a bit of stuff there and can't say I'm totally pleased.

I just got my D70 back from Maxwell... the firmwire upgrade is great.
I had the CCD cleaned under warranty.

I have to wait for parts to come in July for the D2h.

I find that the D100 is still the best camera from Nikon for different reasons.

I wouldn't buy expensive stuff from e-bay... I know people who've been ripped off.
