Nothing for that one in the last DTMS.
There are 4 with the last digit different, in Stanthorpe Qld, all residential
numbers.

And it was probably a breach of Telstra policy for you to even look
without just cause.

Can somebody tell me where this number comes up to 0398652690. Wanker
rang me and left me a message asking him to ring me back.
I rang him and spoke to him. Later I tried to ring him back and I got
someone else who did not know what was going on. I tried to ring a
third time and the number said it was not valid.

Probably a large PABX system that's dishing out outbound line numbers rather
than the central in-dial number. Try calling the Crime Dept at Victoria
Police if you reckon you're being harassed.

I don't need a reverse look up of this number any more. ESD are
investigating this person, he is using different names to different
people but the same phone number.
It appears that when he is not around the number either goes to other
people or says it is not a valid number, so he will have to explain to
ESD what his game is. So I don't think I will have to worry about him
again.

Errrr, I did read what the twit posted. If it happened to be listed in DTMS
then I'd have the means. His post says it would be illegal to divulge the info,
period, blanket. What he might have *meant_to_say* is anybody's guess.

Simon,
Sorry to be indirect but please re-read my response and you may be able to
figure out what I'm saying. For a number of reasons, I don't want to be
more specific.

It's academic, anyway. That number doesn't come up. I have the last ever
published Phonedisc (July 04), and it doesn't show this number. In fact,
with a wildcard match I can only find 4 entries that have the first 5
digits of that number sequence. Somewhere called Stanthorpe, whereever
that is.
