FS: Meridian 508.24 cd player (Stereophile Class A)

Hi all,

Not sure if anyone's interested in a Meridian 508.24 cd player? Stereophile Class A rated player. I'm selling as I've just purchased a DVD player that obviously also does the cd duties; accordingly I don't have a need for my dedicated cd player the 508.24 anymore.

Unit is in mint condition. If anyone's interested don't hesitate to let me know!

But how well does the DVD player handle CD? Most DVD players I've heard
suck at two-channel playback. I trust you bought a superb DVD player?

DVD players come and go but very good CDP's don't.

I don't know of any DVD player that will play CD's as well as your Meridian.

Thanks for the advice pal, but I have a Meridian 598 dvd player, which comes pretty darned close.

Accordingly I don't need my 508.24 anymore.
