Need Tosh Satellite 4060cdt mobo

I have bad memory on the mobo of my Toshiba Satellite 4060cdt laptop. Anyone have one they are willing to part with cheap. Doesn't need the screen or anything else, just the mobo. Or any comperable models sat 4030cdt sat 4070cds sat 4080xcdt or even a 4100xdvd. I also have a bit of hardware to trade if something is needed. Specifically a HP Jornada 403 handheld. Works great.
