ABC 20 HD Channel - more blurry than SD channel

Anyone else notice that Channel 20 (ABC HD) is more blurry than their SD 2
channel? All other HD channels are extremely clear as per usual but ABC is
shocking now.

They've dropped it from 1080i to 576p at some point after ABC2 went online.

No doubt some dumbarse is still upscaling 576i to 1080i and then back down
to 576p
