What is the best TV tuner card for a PC that is available in OZ? I what
to get one in my new PC & want to have the one with the most features, the
most possible formats for encoding, with provision for A/V in etc.
Should it be internal or would a USB2 one do just as well? Can any record
more than one program at once? I assume that any that records in HD also
gives you the option of recording in SD as well?

Thanks in advance
