Bile riders (self-propelled and motor) have always been a target especially
the slower ones. Our boss decided to ride a 175 to work,..he was in his 50s
and a slow rider. One day he was puttering across a 2 lane bridge and some
dead-shits in a car moved along side him and slowly tried to run him into
the guard rail,...they were laughing and thought it a great joke.

In all the years I used to bicycle around Sydney ( 30 mile round trips were
often) I rarely had any trouble except for the occasional instance where a
car load of yobos would try and 'golly' at you or some one would open their
door,... . Storm water-grates with the bars running the wrong way were
interesting.

It's yet another form of form of road rage that's seldom policed (like
most other forms of RR).

We need more plain clothes cops on bicycles. :)
