I was following a Corolla like buzzbox towards the shopping centre on a
2 lane each way road, my first clue was when she swerved suddenly into the
from the left lane across the middle lane into the right hand turn lane just
as I moved into the turn lane, she did this with her left indicator still
flashing, I had somehow stupidly assumed she was turning into the street on
the left.
So she turns right across 2 lanes into the shopping centre driveway with
me following a few car lengths behind and STOPS.
Maybe I was too close but I had seen the driveway was clear to turn into
and had plenty of time for my vehicle to turn right except for her cutting
in before me, anyway I'm already on the wrong side of the road with cars
coming towards me and the prospect of locking up the wheels behind her and
possibly testing my recently fitted bullbar. So I did what any 4wd could do,
I went around her on the left and over the island and pulled up next to her.
Maybe I had not noticed a pedestrian or dog crossing the driveway, there was
nothing infront of her car to stop suddenly for, she was having some sort of
discussion with the passenger on which way to go.
I beeped my horn and they both just stared at me like I was some sort of
idiot for parking up on the island. So I just left them parked there as I
was currently half blocking the left turn entry. She then did a 3 point turn
in the middle of the next T intersection, resulting in more horn honking
from others wanting to get out and in.
And 4wd's are a No1 menace.

Yawn, nearly bad enough to be Pesty's best reply.

It's a shame you can't buy a licence to hunt them. They wouldn't even need
bag limits.
