Here ya go troops.
This little story is a glimpse into the future.
Interesting that this ploy went to a Yankee state supreme court before
it was spiked.
And also interesting whether other companies in other states are
playing this game, to which matter the article does not refer, and
should.

I like the bit where 37 Cents worth of thrashing a car - if it can be
called that - yielded a $150 fine direct to a credit card, FFS!

Next step is a new contract by the rental car company so the
wood-ducks 'agree' to be fined. For sure:-)
