(Actually, I jumped at the chance because I'm sure people will respond and hopefully knock some sense into him) - he's not a member atm; but I know for a fact he IS watching this thread.

he constantly lies and rips people off... i wasn't aware that he was doing the same kinda thing via eBay.. shouldn't the authorities be advised???

and the thought of him being allowed back in here disgusts me... even if he begins to offer legit titles for trade or sale, do you honestly think he will send anything out?

if you're going to be a con artist and a cheat at least be smart about it!! he replies to my emails with his full name in the from address field.. then a simple White Pages search brings up his entire home address and phone number details :D i advised him i knew these details and he claimed that what i did was illegal and he was "dobbing" on me...

its just too funny to handle!!

I think he is incorrigible, and admitting him would only be asking for more trouble. It is not as though he was behaving appropriately as Wolfenstein: he is a child and yet he masquerades as an adult in an effort to obtain pornographic material. :mad:

I advised eBay of his activities some time ago -- I believe he uses other names there too. I saw Harry Potter auctions etc. which have been deleted.

I"m glad you're finally being honest. I believe you when you say you're 13 which is why I'm going easy on you.

To put it simply, you can't just freely rip people off on the net. To put it simply; it's wrong. How would you feel if you were done over and were basically powerless to stop it? Your actions are putting people in this position. Sure, you're 13 and think that it's not big of a deal, but these things can stick with people for long lengths of time. There is no worse of a feeling than knowing you've been ripped off. It eats at you, makes you regret and wonder why... It's cruel.

Also, you may just think "Who cares; a couple of copied dvd's?" but if you're so willing to rip people off now; at the age of 13, I fear how your attitude will grow as you get older. It will go from selling pirate dvd's to breaking and entering being 'no big deal'. It's the dead end road of a lowlife.

I beg you to stop now, apologise to those you've done wrong (Especially DVDFan), and try to rectify the situation (Send him his copy of Bounce - end the feud).

The sooner you do that, the sooner I, and the rest of DVD Swapmeet will be willing to speak to you.

Oh yeah, i have a selling account on ebay, and all i needed to give them was a money order. but u dont even need that, u can sell stuff straight away.and they trust u to pay them later or they cancel your account!
