i wanted to know know what is the best software to edit and print photos like passport sizes and stuff. pls help

The best software is Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.
Go to Harvey Norman, fake interest in buying an expensive camera, ask about Photshop CS and then about a trial version of that software... they may just give it to you if your lucky. Not CS... Elements 3.
