So can someone please complete the table below:

Yes but it is not very clear.. whats to stop it being say: spend 120, pay
39, spend 121 pay 121?

Spend 121 pay 40.

You don't pay for the $80 in the middle. Ever.
Else you'd have a damn good false advertising case.
