SIIAM is OK, its only hours of it every day gets a litle much when it stuffs up. No big bitch about it other then that. I did lke the s*p days when we got to think a bit more

Telstra isn't in to allowing their staff to think.

GUI interfaces all the way, even if you have no idea how it really works .
.. . just point and click and hope for the best.
