Digial TV channels

After a few delays from the point of purchase (which I won't go into at the moment), I've picked up my Wintal X10 and gone about setting it up.

My question will probably be a n00b one, but here goes.

Does channel 7 have a digital station, and if so, how do I o about tuning it in manually (whats the freq.), as the start-up scan picked up 12 TV channels and 4 radio, but channel 7 was not one of them. I'm hoping to watch the new LOST episode tonight in SD def.

I was surprised it picked up the HDTV channels too, although it doesn't display them at HD, and at times is a little suttering

Hi Linton, I don't know what the settings in Ballarat would be, but sometimes if you do a rescan, these STB's pick things up properly.
Otherwise, someone in here http://www.dtvforum.info/index.php? might have the settings for your area.

After a bit of looking on the site I can accorss a digital tansmission locator, and it would seem that my area is a little behind the ball and channel 7 isn't rolling out coverage until the 23 May.
Oh well, only a couple of weeks to go.
At least I know the reason that 7 wast detected.
