As it turns out, you were right about JAR HEAD (Jarred) being "Half Life" and he has been banned from Austech.info (again).

From what I understand, the reason you were banned from Austech.info, was not just because of your opinions but rather the way which you conveyed them to others.

My opinions differ greatly from yours as well as many others on this forum, but I don't go rubbing your noses in it. If I did then I am absolutely certain that I would be banned as a troublemaker from this forum.

If that isn't wrong I don't know what is, he deserves to be reported to the police for allowing illegal transactions to take place through the forum.

The actual disc trading forum may be found here (http://www.austech.info/forums/forumdisplay.php?forumid=38) and all I did was say that I didn't have any sympathy for a guy who was caught by the AFP for selling/producing pirated PAY-TV cards and pirated software (right?) At one point someone said "think of his family", in an effort not to flame I said that is a separate issue rather then "he did it to his family". So there, to make everyone happy Jarred's character accused me of being Jarred so they banned me. What's more, when they discovered I'm not Jarred they banned me again and apparently are putting an IP ban on me. Apparently I don't deserve to use the forum and I'm not welcome there.

It's a generally dull forum, most of the stuff sold there is illegal and I think your administrator Andrew67 is it? is a real bastard and deserves to be sued for what he's doing, and have his stupid forums closed. If they actually sells that cdcopyworld.com domain for $1000,000 they should have plenty of money to be sued for. If I can't use it for legal purposes then you lot have no right whatsoever to use it for piracy (and as if you ever did).

Ask Watcher and he'll tell you: forum administrators and moderators have to take responsibility for the content in the forums.

Well , I just came on here to tell you that I am happy to let you back on the site as long as you behave and dont engage others in fights , but after reading your last post , I take that back. You seem to think that you know it all.

It does not say there is no trading of pirated material , it says there is to be no selling of back up discs. If you find the forums dull , dont use them. Austech members dont come over here and tell everyone how to run their life , so why do it to use. If you dont agree with something , why engage others in fights about it?

The domain for sale for 1 million dollars is obviously a joke , how old are you ? And as to responsability of content of posts , I have owned that site for 4 years buddy , so I do actually know a bit about it. If you think my site is bad in that I have banned people from selling back ups and only allow trading , you obviously dont get around many sites on the net. Go and have a look at http://www.cdrom-guide.com/forums/ for example. Maybe you can go preach to them.

Daniel I think your looking for a war that no one wants to fight.

Firstly, you have assumed a great deal of a forum that you didn't spend too much time on. For example, no one is ever allowed to sell pirated copies of anything on Austech.info EVER. This is strongly enforced by ALL moderators.

Secondly, you initiated the flame war by your callous and uncaring behaviour. Here are some direct quotes of what you have said:

None of these comments won you any friends. If you were really interested in trying to work this one out then you should have spoken with one of the mods. I don't think that it's too late to talk. Why don't you give one of the mods an email and work this one out.

I thought you were selling the domain and had a rather unrealistic target of $1000,000 in mind, personally I think you could only get about $40,000 for the domain. But then, me not being in the domain business allows me to be stupid enough to believe a domain is for sale when on the main page it says this domain is for sale! Am I an idiot or what?
