DVD-R to DVD-R DVD burning....please help

I am having a lot of trouble burning a DVD I bought on ebay (its burnt onto a DVD-R) and making a copy of it on another blank DVD-R. I have tried Roxio and Nero and all of those cannot read the DVD. The burnt DVD does work on my computer, DVD palyer....etc. So I know that it's atleast working. How can I burn that DVD onto my DVD-R? PLEASE HELP! THANKS SO MUCH! :rolleyes:

Didn't Nero tell you the reason why?
sounds like the bought disk has piggy back info on it.
D/l one of the free programs that rid that info and works with Nero.
or inset a video stabiliser between player and recorder .

It says that "there is no cd in the drive, " when Ive used Nero and other programs when trying to copy it onto a blank cd.....so it doesnt even read the dvd. It works though, so im thinking it has some sort of blocker on it. But that seems strange to me b\c its just *! :mad: !*something illegal that cannot be mentioned here, but I would have known that if I read the rules*! :mad: !* that i bought off someone so i doubt they would do anything like that. Im kinda new with burning DVDs and stuff, so not really familiar with the "slang" terms. Should I download anything so i can burn this? Where do people go? What do they download? THANKS! :confused:
