Hi, I'm on a $79 postpaid plan, and it appears no international calls
are included. On the prepaid plan, it appears they are (to an extent).
Are their any disadvantages involved with the prepaid plan, or any
other differences? Doesn't seem like a particularly good deal to be on
postpaid and miss out on the international calls?

Yes, A BIG disadvantage (on pre-paid) is no GPRS. Only the silly Vodafone
WAP site. Also, very limited Global roaming.

Howdy,
There is advantages for me on Post-Paid. I use GPRS with my laptop and
prefer to be billed for calls I make rather than pre-pay.
Another advantage for Pre-Paid is that if you buy your vouchers from
any wollies, wollies petrol, tandy, dick smith and tandy you can get
10% of the voucers. So $79 is $71.10 and $49 is $44.10 and you get some
international calls included in the cap.
Cheers,
Scott
