Brian has decided that he has had enough of his job. Looking through the window of the 20th floor of the building which he works at, he decides that enough is enough. Opening the window he jumps through it, but manages to walk away unharmed. How is this possible?
I know! :PI
It's one of those windows that doesn't open
:D

You clown! :D So your theory is
that he rebounds off the window when he tries jump through it?

Well...
Brian is actually a bird. So he never sees the glass.
It all makes sense when you think about it... :dD

Haha, sorry but that's not the right answer :p

Okay... how about this...
It's yet another World Trade Center puzzle. Brian is trying to go home, but the main lift that only stops on every 10th floor is broken. He couldn't be buggered taking a series of local lifts to the ground floor, so he jumps out the window instead.

In an unrelated matter, it also happens to be September 11, 2001... and he falls to his death. Since the alternative, unbeknown to Brian, is to be burned alive, he was relatively unharmed.
:D

DING! Scratch got it right. I was originally going to call Brian, Jim (think of Jim's Window Cleaning) but then I realised that it might give it away.

Horseshoe, you are a cack up :D If you want a job, why don't you try being a comedian?

I can't be a comedian! I didn't finish my Arts Degree! :dD

Alright... here's a simple puzzle...

Two cars start at the same point. Car A travels north for 3km. Car B travels south for 3km. Both cars then turn left, and travel for 4km. How far apart are the cars?

You're not allowed to use paper and pen...

...or a calculator...

...or a computer...

...or an abacus.

:PI

EDIT: You can't use a car either!

I have to admit that it was actually a mindtrap question, but it got me stumped for a while which is why I put it up. Try this one:

A hunter is tracking a bear. He follows the bear south for a while, where it then turns east, then turns north and ends up where it started. What colour is the bear?

Well done! ***applause*** :PI

How did you get the answer? (Just making sure you didn't cheat) :dD (same goes for you, Sally...)

with 4km and 3km, Pythagoras's theorem is easy to use :)
