LOL !
Nobody would work for that sort of pay !
Plumbers and bricklayers earn more than that.
Even a local court magistrate in Australia gets over 200K

We're in a housing boom at the moment here in Queensland.
There's a 6 month waiting list to get a plumber or bricklayer to build a
house, but to see a doctor you only need to wait a few days!
Tradesmaen earning $100K would be the norm.

You are right there " earning $100K..."
For that, you have to be well qualified, very experienced and most of all,
be lucky enough to be physically very strong.
They work very long hours including weekends.
Housing boom will be soon over and tradesmen will work for $21,or less, per
hour again.
Stupidity boom will never be over. We will never get rid of the parasites
"earning" $1M plus.

Should move to Sydney.
The waiting time to see a doctor is around 5 to 10 minutes.

Bricklayers are charging around 2 to 3 dollars to lay ONE brick.

Here in Sydney, I got a bricklayer in around 3 days, but I had to pay a ridiculous
amount.
I was moving my office and I had to get a door and a window bricked up
to keep the council happy (fireproofing ).
It cost me around $1000 instead of the $400 or so that it would have cost
if I had been able to get it done at leisure.

Federal politicians secure 4pc pay rise
11:43 AM May 30
A federal member of Parliament says she is disgusted by a pay rise MP's will
receive from July 1.
The Remuneration Tribunal has increased the base salary for federal
politicians by just over 4 per cent in its annual review.
The change means federal MPs salaries will increase from $106,000 a year to
$111,000.
Labor MP Julia Irwin says she will spend the money in her electorate.
"I give thousands of dollars to various charities within my electorate and
yes, my people will be benefiting from my increase," she said.

And they take a pay cut when they become judges. These are people who
could earn serious money in private practice. Thus we get judges who are
committed to the practice of law, rather than people who are just in it
for the cash.

That is true.
For instance, Justice Kirby's CV is enough to make anyone green with envy.

According to John Howard, all those poor people need a tax cut more than the
ordinary worker.

Kirby is a lot more necessary to the functioning of Australia than the ordinary worker.

Is that right? Funny, I remember one prick who rang up the Attorney
Generel's HR department to complain his renumeration was out by 20c! I
wonder how long it took him to calculate that. And then there was the
twit who repeatedly tried to browse porn sites. He didn't get very far
but it was all logged and used against him. But talk to their
tipstaffs. They have the best gossip.
Oh, and don't forget the judges' wives. They also get a nice, fat
pension.

You have documentation for these allegations?

They aren't allegations. I used to work there. The best one I remember
was the bitch at the NSW Supreme Court that was too lazy to open here
own blinds. She called someone to summon her tipstaff to her chambers
and told him to do it. The blinds were right behind her desk.

It is a naughty word. :-)
"Tipstaves
The primary duty of the Tipstaff is to act as a personal and confidential attendant to the Judge to whom he or she is appointed and to carry out tasks in accordance with the Judge's directions. Masters do not have Tipstaves. Generally the duties of the Tipstaff involve two areas - Court work and Chambers work. In Court, Tipstaves have key duties concerning witnesses and jurors and in Chambers they maintain the Judge's library and attend to a range of other needs.
The position of Tipstaff in the Courts of law has its origin in the 14th century. The official of those times was responsible for apprehending persons who had defied the Orders of the Court and subsequently delivering them into custody. These duties required travel throughout the countryside."
