Is that time of the year when I have to ask again about this insurance
company that operates under about 10 or so names:
Budget Direct, Ozicare, BestBuy, HotQuote plus i am sure many others.
I have heard from three independent people that this company simply does not
pay when you lodge a claim, as they always find some fine print reason why
they shouldnt honour the policy. I havent been able to find out whether its
true!
Has anybody successfully lodged a claim with them and received the money ???
Alternatively, do you know someone who has lodged a claim with them at all?
Insurance cost is cheaper than every other company, but i wonder if its
because they simply never pay in event of a claim ?
