Just a quick update I'm going to put the xbox parts (other than the hard drives) on hold for now as I think I've found whats wrong with the motherboard and there's a fair chance I can repair it. While I'm at it does anyone have any MMBT3906 Transistors on hand?

Unfortunately for you but fortunately for me I don't have any spare xbox parts on me now so can't help you out with the spinner motor. If anyone needs any MMBT3906 Transistors I have a few spares on me :)
