After inserting a disk my players digital display shows a flashing
"READING"display for a few minutes before ejecting the disk. Can anyone
please help me with this problem.

Hi Graham,

I own the same model and the same thing happens to me every so often..it fixes itself..I don't know why or how ...I am now also having the word 'blocked'a ppearing on the screen esch time we try to insert a DVD..I have had the player repaired twice and replaced once..and I am still having trouble with it...hope yours doesn't turn out to be so bad
