After spending many hours removing, cleaning, getting tested, then replacing
the head on an EA Ghia wagon owned by my daughter's boyfriend,..the car gets
knocked off.
The Police found it in a paddock. The little cunts had used it for some
'circle-work' and bush-bashing. The body is twisted and the back door (its a
wagon) won't shut due to the distortion.
I asked him if the engine was still running OK and he said it was but was
smelling a bit. I'll get to look at it sometime in the next few days. I
think there is a Robot chassis straightener in town,...so theres his next
appointment.
I know this has been said before, but this country has changed. The Police
said they took finger prints for when they get older. The driver's seat was
fully forward,..hence the kids deduction

Yup, good old overpopulation and greed. The individual or it's property
no longer matter (both are throw away items) - yet we need ever greater
laws and OHS rules to keep everyone safe from themselves. Pathetic
really :-(

Until the magistrates start getting tough on these sorts of crimes, it will
only get worse.

Car theft should be punishable by instant roadside execution.

I think if you don't take away the right to vote unless you can prove you're
smart enough then the judges will never have the balls to convict the little shits.

Yep, we now have one of highest crime rates in the developed world
thanks to the nanny state. Only the UK has more crime victims.
Boot one of the little bastards up the arse and see how long it takes
to get _you_ to court -- a generation or two back the cops would've
done it for you.... Or, you could've administered a dose of butchers'
saltpetre from the trusty 12 bore with relative impunity had you
caught them in the act. Deserving backsides were a lot scarcer in
those days.
Be assured however that the state is now doing its level best to
protect you from yourself -- as well as illegal immigrants and those
who look like they might be, drunks, speedsters and terrorists. Don't
rely on latter though.

If by dark ages he means being able to leave your door open knowing the
house is safe , respect for others and their property and knowing if
some crooked little arsehole takes your gear the local coppa will kick
some sense into them , knowing the kid about to take your daughter out
has it firmly implanted in his brain that your child is chaste and
should be treated with respect or your going to "hurt him" then I
expect so , is this your way of telling us your a skanky dodgy crooked
little prick Mickey ?

And until magistrates (and parole boards) are made personally accountable for
the following offences when let_off_with_a_rap_on_the_knuckles/let_out_on_parole
then I can't see it changing for the better. Both are so far out of touch with
reality it's hard to imagine either group being able to buy groceries.

Long grain rice is very effective. I can still feel it nearly forty years
later.

We're in em Michael. Where's the incentive for a disciplined work ethic
and self sacrifice to achieve goals, when some other arseholes don't
want to earn it, and when they are caught, people can't wait to group
hug them etc (and I am this hardcore anti arsehole in my opinions about
justice, and I concede I'm not normal, and not reasonable, at least not
to people like that. And I don't lose sleep over it at all)

What's probably more disturbing is that Atec, Noddy and myself agree on

Me too. they came from the north, they came from the south, all for the
cause. It's not only cars that need a regular tuneup.
