Question about a used RAV4

Thinking of a RAV4 upto about 15k, abviously I want as low KMs as
possible, but whats the highest Kms on a car like this but still has
that snappy new car feel. Thinking about 80ish?

My Sister has one that she has flogged across Australia a few times.
I was rather surprised when I found out she had put 380,000km on the
thing!!

It still runs well, don't blow smoke and uses very little oil :-)
