View Full Version : Bang
Been out working and almost about home , no more than 10 minutes away
when some tool in front of me makes a turn under the motorway
WAYYYYYYYYYYYY to fast in an orange mustang shape sillycar , loses the
tail and then the front tearing the front right wheel and guard back
under the sill when he hits the divider , throws the door open and legs
it into the black while I waste a lot of rubber and brakes avoiding the
goose , coppers arrive in seconds but I didn't recall see much ( I was
VERY busy for a bit)
Let me guess- considering he was about a k from a pub I suspect I know
why he ran , ruined a tidy little car and is really going to feel it in
the morning.
Glad to be home and yes I'm fine is a little pissed off .

thats even if it was his car
funny how people will wreck their car costing way more than a fine to
avoid a drink driving charge
was listening to the Brisbane cops(before they went digital) they had an
RBT on the gateway between Boondall and Nudgee, they watched as a Jag
stopped and changed drivers, when the car stopped at the RBT the woman
now driving went .1.0 they then tested the male who was driving and he
went .09
so both got done, some people are too stupid for words

Like the three for one deal a friend had.
Took one (very) pissed driver away from the car.
Went back and discovered a second (very) pissed driver starting the
thing, and nabbed him.
That's two. And two keys.
Disposed of him in the usual manner.
Thought they'd go check the car again. Mount Gravatt to watchhouse
ain't far, after all...
And yup - a third (very) pissed driver. And a THIRD key.
They're still wondering about whether there really were three keys, or
two, and they hadn't seen the first of second driver place their key
before they took them away.
The funny bit is the timing. They didn't have to sit off the car at
all. And the fact that drivers 2 and 3 were FOP. Incredible.

Got pulled up in my Jag at a RBT few weeks ago on Wondall Rd at Tingalpa,
hadn't been drinking fortunately. Young policewoman who tested me said "Oh,
you're driving my favourite car too, isn't it nice?".
