As the Spartan ships approach Troy and the warning bell is ringing, Hector hands his child over to his wife - it's clearly a plastic baby doll.

Close to the start of the movie Sandra Bullock is wearing a flower on her jacket, it was left on from a wedding she went to during the making of the movie and she forgot to take it off.

* In the beginning while Dorothy is still on the farm, she walks along the pig pen fence and then falls in. When she is picked up, her dress is perfectly clean.

When Mel is up on the building with the guy he handcuffs himself and the guy together, but as their jumping the handcuffs aren't joined.

I watched this classic on the weekend. Lots of mistakes (fair enough given the era I guess) but one in particular is during the chariot race Ben Hur's horses change throughout the race, starting out pure white but later some are white and grey. Also, while the chariots are parading before the race each one is pulled by three horses but when the race starts they are pulled by four horses.

John Travolta/Eric Stoltz made a red mark of where to stab the syringe on Uma Thurman's chest. The mark disappeared as soon as she was awake after the stab, yet the syringe is still stuck on her chest.
