The sex mod only happens if you edit the main.scm of the game (PC version).
If you don't edit the file you will not access it in the game.

No. I believe it is because Xbox mods dont support cracks. I believe you can do it to the PS2 version. Incase anyone is confused, the sex was originally going to be included in the game, but then it was cut (for obvious reasons) although access to it was removed, the actual content remained. This is what is causing the whole "adult only" rating.

Went to 2 different video stores today to hire the Xbox version of the game and I was told that they are not available for hire anymore and that you can only buy their ex rental stock for $40.00.
Both stores said that the question about the current rating meant that they can't hire them out at the moment and if the games are to get changed to an R rating, they won't be allowed to hire them out again.

Yeah games with an R rating are immediatly banned in Australia, I think. That's why I remember a little bit off turmoil cause some thought that Half Life 2 could receive the R rating. Apparently you can actually access it on the PS2 version, but you ahve to be an uber uber super ps2 1337 h3x0r

Would you really be bothered to mod your version (even on pc) just so that you could watch some dodgy pixel sex?

Nope....sure not. Cars are my favourite mods! :)

I liked to mod skins in GTA III cause it was sooo easy. But cars are probably the most fun, next to adding totally new areas/structures (ie giant towers and stunt parks)

If you don't have it, grab it while you can as it was officially banned today...... http://www.theage.com.au/news/breaking/game-off-shelves/2005/07/29/1122144013522.html

Uggh. :rolling:
Watch the eBay scammers jump all over this one in the next few months. Anyone remeber back to when GTA3 was pulled and reworked just due to the posititutes?
Sellers toted that it was banned, never to be seen again, and it fetched in excess of $200 in some cases.
GTA:SA will be recoded, and back on the shelves mainly for the Xbox gamers before Xmas in my opinion, unless the game is limited to australia, in which case they'll probably ignore the ~50k game sales when compared to the re-coding costs.
