Ezydvd has this listed in there coming soon section on there website-
Is Universal re-releasing this and if so why? The original release
only had 3 disks but this "newer" release supposedly is a 4 disk set.

Hmm, that is interesting. I already own the 3 disc set, so I am curious as
to what the extra disc would contain.

Hmm, yeah, unnecesary double dipping just shits me. Although I have no
complaints with the 3disc set (transfer, sound), so an extra disc of extras will
no make me want antother...

Yeah. The 3 disc set had DTS, so I don't see any benefits from a newer
release.

Well there was the issue of the incorrect framing on the II and III
discs, but I assume that had already been fixed in an earlier reprint
of the original release?

i was under the impression they will be including all of the extra
extras which was on the R1 release (additional commentaries, deleted
scenes, etc.) - I've got this and there's nothing particularly earth
shattering here - for diehards only...
