Auction sites have absolutely NO WARRANTY. Where shops have a proper
warranty.

The Accc site says something totally different about auction sites
even if there are resellers auctioning off new gear.
Go read it stupid.

I read it. It does not mention auction SITES, it just mentions items bought
at auction. Implication is that if the item was bought not in an auction,
but in a buy it now type transaction or from an Ebay shop, you would have
statutory rights. TheACCC site also says that if theperson provides a
voluntary warranty, that is, one that is better than or in addition to the
statutory rights, they have to honour that warranty.
So, even if the item was bought through an auction on Ebay, if the seller
offered a warranty on that item, they would have to honour the warranty.
Perhaps you should read the stuff before trying to spout it.

The point is, NO one offers warranties on Ebay, stupid, not even
sellers. Which means they do not have a warranty, stupid.

Lie. The ACCC site says that auctions dont QUALIFY FOR THE STATUTORY
WARRANTY, but that the seller can offer a voluntary warranty if they want to,
fuckwit.

Been there, done that, and manage to comprehend
what they actually said too, unlike you, child.

Ill repeat for the stupid ones "ebay aint just AUCTIONS"
ie. there is NON-AUCTION buying and selling occurring.

Actually you can buy them over the counter in Parramatta for $545.. would
you like the link to the shop?
1. Same phone as sold here, so obv has approval
2. Like the phone you are using, it comes from an asian factory..
3. Possibly.. who cares? As long as it has Australia letters too..
