Hi Gang,



There are a lot of great people on this Forum,but lately we have had individuals who advertise dvd's with no intention to respond to any queries or email.


Guys you don't win any friends by doing this,I understand that people advertise on multiple forums and newsgroups,but if you have sold them please have the common courtesy to respond by editing etc.


Lately I have also discovered that certain deals were sold before advertising on this forum so what's the point,all it does is waste people's time and effort.


Having said that the rest of the guy's are great and I have purchased many dvd's in pristine condition from this site and made many Dvd friends to boot.


Food for thought,and how would you like to be treated like this,I'm sure the minority would be the first to complain.:(

Well, I rarely buy stuff (mainly sell), but I will say that whenever I have stuff for sale, I always try to do my best to respond to emails. If someone goes out of their way to contact you, least you can do is respond imo.

No, this isn't a shameless plug for Macabre ;) Just giving my P.O.V. of how sellers should act.

However Markow, there is a simple way to 'out' all these people and inspire them to change their customer relation skills ... and that's by posting about them in Trader References! Some glowing reviews about how they never respond to emails is sure to win them some buyers! :D

Well i try to get back to as many emails as possible!
and yes sometimes i look at my hotmail then i get distracted and forget to reply straight away, but i try to always get back ;)

It is also possible that the email on record does not work any more. So the person never receives the email without realizing his or her email address in the forum record does not work anymore. PM should work in this case providing they are checked.

IN response to Daniel, I like Blair Witch that I have for trade i just need a 150cm tv to enjoy it i think... I should rewatch it.

as for the doors. mmmm love the band, hate the dvd
