hi any one go these days went a couple of times over the years
how do they do the sound now, thru the radio or thru the old thing on the
window?
just thought it might be something different

Still the same at the Blacktown drive-in.
Went for the movie marathon, and surprise surprise, it wasn't overrun with
vibrating fart powered sardine cans.

The radio transmission has improved somewhat, you now get as close to
movie-quality sound as radio and your sound system allows. Beats every major
radio station for quality, hands down.

Or you can use a 20-year old box stuffed into your window, if the thought
pleases you.

You won't - unless it's overcast, or a no moon up there at the time.
Speaking of moons and drive-ins...... nah - won't go there;-)

Well, I'll be!!!! The last time I went there was around 1960.

A friend of mine got his GF pregnant there. The poor girl's interrogation from her mother went something like this:

Mother (angrily): Where did it happen?
Daughter: At the drive in!
Mother: You spent good money to go to the drive-in, and that's what you do!

I swear, its a true story......

Yeah, quite good quality too. Sounded pretty good through the 6x9s and sub,
popped the boot and supplied the music for a few around that had crap stock
sound systems.

Hang on, is this still in the same vein (pun intended) as getting the GF
pregnant?

JB EWWW!

Us southerners down Mexico way still have Dromana (best) Coburg(pretty
good) and Dandenong(new, never been)
Drive-ins rock.
