Hello,
Just wondering if there is anybody else here that has had trouble in the
last few months with Orange Mobile reception quality etc in the Narellan
Area.
The service used to be good but has deteriorated over recent months.
Its that bad that they have asked me not to complain to them for a period of
time !

Sounds like they suspect your equipment then.,
Explain what you have done to diagnose the fault.

They apparently have twice visited outside my home to test the signal, once
they said I have full coverage and once they have said that I have no
coverage !
The phone has been to the Nokia Service centre at Parramatta and was totally
upgraded.
My wife has an identical phone and has the same problem with reception at
home.
I have friends at Mt Annan both with identical phones to us and their
reception has also decreased recently.
I think Orange has modified their equipment and don't care about us !
The Orange Dealership in Narellan Town Centre coincidentally suddenly closed
about 6 weeks ago.

They get no say in that; refer the issue to TIO - tell them the salesman
promised Narellan coverage specifically.
