Telstra int'l SMS price increase to 35c

For anyone who cares - international SMS from Telstra mobiles will cost
35c as of 15/11/05.

Also, international SMS will no longer be included in bonus offers or
special promotions for free/discounted text.

They must have more people sending int'l sms. Instant profit.
