Hi guys i purchased PSP`s off this website and now the guys wont respond to my emails. Has anyone heard of this place? Anyone live near this address on the website? that can go and check it out?
They do have a valid ACN Number, but after i paid them they just ignore my emails. PLEASE HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP =(

If anyone says that, and you have not heard of them before searching google, get suspicious.

Try emailing them from a different address pretending that you want to make a purchase. If they respond then you know they are intentionally ignoring you. But it doesnt sound good.

Dont expect Fair trading to be much help, they are useless.

The website has an address, their bank details, acn number etc etc. Contact the relevant departments and possibly ASIC regarding their ridiculously cheap pricing etc.

i became curious after they started spamming ebay members, after some searching i found an aussie xbox forum (pm me for the site) with a couple of very unhappy customers (20.7.05). Apparantly if you transfer the $ to them they then dont respond to emails and you never recieve your items or they say the item is no longer in stock and they require your FULL credit card details to issue you with a refund, including name, card number, bank, and 3 ditgit security code. complaints were made against the site to fair trading and also the webmaster and it was shut down but it has now opened at this new site. There is apparantly a legit business in VIC with the same name and this website has stolen their identity.

Yeah but i checked there ACN and it is a registered Company listed with that address and ACN number

Also they told me the units were refurbished units without box`s you receive just the unit.

It all checked out, They have a Bank Account, ACN, and Address that checks out.

Anyone can register a company and get an ABN number, this doesn't gaurantee that they are safe or offer you any protection if you get stung.

You have to search a bit deeper than that if your unsure of a website/company.
