RULES

To do this wouldn't be correct, that would require a non-partial voting system, not a shortlist made up for a bit of fun.

As I just told houndsy, people have already started voting so I can't change anything or add new people/categories. This year can be seen as the attempt or "pilot" and we can all try next year to make it better and have a lot more input from members. :)
