yup, my thoughts exactly. What a fugging rort! And when they were on about
using the Coles shopper dockets, they failed to mention that quite often
their servos are quite a few cents more expensive!
I changed channels when nothing of worth materialised on ACA (as usual).

If you thought there was some way to magically save 50c on petrol, you've
been suckered by too many ACA promos. But there is a way, convert to LPG,
but that's not interesting enough, and no contra for ACA production unit..

This response is flawed. Diesel was cheap as piss once, but then
all trucks became Diesel and now its more expensive than liquid gold.
The same thing happend to LPG until all taxis started converting over.
All thanks to out goverments taxes.

I pay 40 cents per litre for LPG. What do you pay for petrol? The money I've
saved in fuel costs over the last 12 years is probabally a pretty big factor
in allowing me to pay off 2 home loans.

LPG is 40c.. petrol is over 110, how much cheaper do you need it to be to
call it really cheap?

Alternatively, just buy petrol where it's cheapest ...
Yesterday, for me, that was a Woolworths. Local service stations
were around 113. I bought at the service station next to Woolworths,
which had 115 listed. I got 4c off for my shopping docket, and
another 4c off for paying with a Visa branded credit card.

It's also not useful for performance cars.
