how annoying ! Is this common?

- "Twin Sisters" from "21st Century Pictures", cover says "16:9
widescreen", but its encoded 4:3 letterboxed.
- "Harvie Krumpet" released by MADMAN ENTERTAINMENT, claims "16:9
Anamorphic", but again is 4:3 letterbox.

If they weren't rentals, I'd demand a refund.

(As a nit-pick, The "Harvie Krumpet" even claims "DVD-9 dual layer",
though there is only 2.6GB on the disk.)

Doesn't bother me.
Use ifoedit to see the actual setting of the video. Might be your tv set
setting not setup correctly.

2.6gb left or used. Maybe not all the space is used.
