G'day
I currently have a Rowa RDVD104 and after waiting over 6 months for a "promised" firmware update, I'm looking at getting rid of it for a Divx Player that supports Multisession DVDs. As the ROWA currently only sees the 1st session on any multisession DVDs I burn.
Don't get me wrong the ROWA is a good unit and has played every video I've thrown at but but I would like to be able to use multisession DVDs in my Divx Player.
Cany anyone recommend a Divx Player that supports multisession DVDs? Also are there any players that support GMC/Qpel yet?
Thanks

That might be your better option, multi session DVD's are not supported by any DVD player that I know of.

Quite a few players support multisession DVD+RW discs, not sure if any support it on DVD-RW discs.

RW's are ok, it's -R/+R that are a problem

My Sony DVP-NS52P plays multi session DVD's, but I make them purely a DATA disc +R's, as I create a new divx file I add it to the DVD.

Hi Guys,
I am sure I played an avi, burned as a multisession (on top of a heap of others) on my Z300 the other day.
It was on a Verbatum DVD-RW - with Nero 6.3xx (I think)
I remember expecting it not to even come up in the file menu, but it did.

Multisession on RW media is ok, it's -R or +R that is generally the problem
