For some strange reason movies (divx/xvid) stop playing after 10 minutes. While they are playing everything is fine. Anybody have any idea as to why???

You need to provide more info, details of the files you are having problems with would be a good start (use Gspot to identify the file properties) what media you are using and what program you burn with and in what format. The more information you can provide the more chance there is to get some answers.
