Looking for an online store in Australia for NHL and NFL jerseys, besides 'trusting' eBay fools. Plenty of places in the US and kitbag in UK, but trying to save myself a bit of nasty postage.

The postage is generally not that dear, I think you will find that their pricing is cheap enough to make up for any difference anyway. I bought some NFL stuff for a friend last time I was in the U.S. and it was much cheaper than what was available here (it was also genuine) apparently there is a bit of fake stuff here (according to the friend I was buying it for anyway)

The Raiders site charge about $38 shipping for first $100 and I find that the US sites have issues with CC validity for invoice addresses which are PO Boxes. I've been phukked over 3 times with that hassle.

Is it hard to find the jerseys? due to the season being called off etc? And I would have thought postage would be expensive.

When I lived in Melbourne, the Myer centre in the CBD used to have a LOT of great NFL and NHL gear.
Got several good Cowboys shirts, caps, boxer shorts, etc. there over the years.
Now that the new NFL season has started I've been looking in Brisbane sport stores (ie. Rebel Sport, Amart All-Sports) but haven't seen anything :(

Orko is that place in Elizabeth Street in the city still there.? I think it was called MSD or something? Those guys had heaps of overseas gear.

Yeah I have given MSD a call, and gone in there, but unfortunately they don't stock any.
As for Myer in the city they suck for sport crap now. Don't even sell AFL Jerseys these days.
I might give REBEL Sport a crack in Burke St mall. If not, I'll just buy one, and hope I can guess the sizing :D

Just go the bigger size, it's a hell of a lot easier to grow into something when it's bigger. :D
It's the 'other half' you have to convince ;) :p
