I should mention that I don't have the receipt for the CPU since I bought it on auction, so I am unsure of its warranty situation. The CPU has had little use plus it hasn't been overclocked as I don't overclock my gear anyway.

Hmmm... trade instead of cash? I prefer the cash rather than trade as there aren't many items I want at the moment. If you have any R1 or R2 Anime DVDs which I don't have then I wouldn't mind a combination of trade and cash.

I have already accepted a bid of $160 via another forum. If that deals falls through I'll let you know. I should know by Sunday morning of the outcome as that buyer is coming over on Saturday.
