Only as long as the photos are updated quickly enough. photos of my
local area are about 18 months old. The Bangor Bypass in sthn Sydney is
still dirt in the google earth photo. It was finished ages ago.

But yes I love the "freedom" to look where i like, fenced off or not.
For example there is one substantial parcel of land, bordered by the
Georges River in Sydney that has all to see, yet if we stepped in there
we would be strung up. I'm sure a lot of Sydney people can work out what
I'm referring to.

I was actually thinking (wondering) the other night while playing with
google earth as to what the govt's of the world are planning on putting
in place to stop the public seeing "sensitive" parcels of govt land,
such as airports and military bases on google earth. Wonder if they have
a leg to stand on

Ethically, they sure as shit don't.
Morally, they sure as shit don't.

But they are neither ethical nor moral.
So they'll stop it. Somehow.
But it'll be difficult, because it seems that Google has taken
considerable care not to be beholden to the jerks in GovCo, and might
just be a tough nut to crack.
For a while.
The fight should reveal more about GovCo than all other ventures the
mongrels have undertaken in years.
Watch for it carefully:-)
Like certain servers in Yankeeland banning traffic to google earth -
for instance. You know, the ones run by AOLTimeWarner,Micro$oft, Etc
who *are* beholden to GovCo.

Given the program is American, interesting that most of the Nuclear sites
around the world are very clear :-)

Where I work in Melbourne is VERY low res. Possibly because of the barracks just
up the road. Work is near Albert Rd, Kings Way, and St Kilda Rd.

So was the North Shore of Sydney.
It has since been updated as your area will be later.
ADF locations have nothing to do with it :-) Good pics of Vic Bks,
Sydney, Enoggera, Brisbane, etc.
