for the first time ever on film, the series producers put all of the theories to test (murder, injection, etc) and actually see whether they could have really happened. without a doubt its probably the most defining exhaustively produced special ever on marilyn in that it follows the events of that fateful night but i have to say it was kind of odd to see that actress laying there dead like marilyn looked at the autopsy. i mean they didnt miss anything did they?

still i think it was the housekeeper that did it (even though they discounted this theory). i mean they never did explain why she was busy doing a load of washing at something like 3am in the morning and as for that bit of marilyn locking her bedroom door, i dont buy that either. the woman had a fear of being in locked rooms. thats why she freaked out when she was locked up in the hospital. so i seriously doubt she would have locked her door. especially her bedroom door. unless she was maybe freaked out by eunice (the housekeeper/nurse/spy) who constantly reported to her boss greenson on what marilyn was doing.

anyone else see this? what did you think? like it, hate it, indifferent? overall the whole series [unsolved history] has been brilliant. they did one on the britannic (sister ship of the titanic) and that was also amazing. definitely must see viewing imho.
