What should I pay (308 question)

Hi all,

I have been offered a red 308 with the following specs and I would like
to know a rough price:

Yella Terra Stage 3 'Street Performer' heads
Speed Pro pistons
Pro-Comp cam
Edelbrock Torqer manifold
650dp Carb
L34 Rods (I presume. I wouldn't chance it with standards!)

What should I expect to pay. The motor was rebuilt awhile ago, about 5
years.

I know what the guy wants for it, but Ijust want to check if hes on the
right track!

2g's tops, provided it's in excellent condition.

Any more than that and I'd be looking at a Chev conversion (I would anyway,
and wouldn't be interested in a 308 if it was free).
