I have a very poor running M110 in my '77 Mercedes 280E.Cannot be driven
more than 5kph.
I've been checking everything in the Fuel System(K-Jetronic)Injection.
And today I have just found a Decent size crack in the Exhaust Manifold
where the front and Rear manifold merge into 1 pipe.
Could this be my problem? Rough idling,Sputtering,Will not Rev, Stalling?
Would the Crack cause the engine to run Lean/Rich?
Thanks Jeremy

Check the fuel pressure if you haven't already done so.

Nope. Since it doesn't have a lambda sensor nothing on the exhaust
side (other than a blockage) can affect the mixture.

Water in fuel?
Buggered spark plugs?
Buggered spark plug leads?

No, but see if you can get it welded soon. Cracks tend to spread.
